Often quoted as the film which first established the team of Laurel & Hardy. The story of a girl-crazy Scotsman visiting the USA for the first time – Hardy meets nephew Laurel off the ship and (like the rest of Los Angeles) wishes he hadn't. Supervised by Leo McCarey – most of the best early Laurel & Hardy's were.
