National Achievement Day
Ben HopkinsUnited Kingdom199627 min
A student graduation film that has won 17 international festival awards. On the day the government encourages the public to achieve something worthwhile, three lonely men contemplate the imminent departure of their favourite barmaid. A visually arresting study of non-achievers that is both comic and poignant.
