Alone. Life Wastes Andy Hardy
Martin ArnoldAustria199815 min
By manipulating single frames from the Mickey Rooney/Judy Garland original, Arnold creates an inflated, monstrous doppelganger of the original cuts. The hidden message of sex and violence is turned inside out to the point where it crackles. Innovative and hugely enjoyable, for cinephiles everywhere. Winner at the Oberhausen International Short Film Festival.
